Winter Asylum Wedding After shooting this Baroque bridal shoot at Asylum in March 2014,  I shot my first Asylum wedding on a crisp and sunny December day.  What a delight.  The Asylum is a crumbling chapel (bombed during the war).  It was resurrected as an art space by Mavericks Projects and now has a wedding licence.  It’s like an oasis in the dessert located just off the busy Old Kent Road  in Caroline Gardens, Peckham, South East London. Eclection Wedding Photography | A Year in Review | 2014

2014 was a successful year both as Brighton Photo and with my personal and commercial/editorial work as Heather Shuker.   Highlights from the other side include seeing my Moscow Series being exhibited in London, the Brighton Photo Fringe and being published on the BBC and the Guardian.   Editorially I continued to work and create with Things & Ink Magazine and together with portrait shoots, I art directed and photographed my second cover for the Stripped Back Issue.
